  • Formulate prompts that proactively mitigate AI hallucinations and biases by adjusting instruction clarity.
Module 3: Prompting Techniques
  • Apply repeatable, high-impact techniques to enhance the logic and depth of AI interactions.
  • Select structured strategies that support productivity, sophisticated writing, and data analysis.
Module 4: Prompt Lab
  • Execute complex tasks within simulated workplace scenarios to build operational confidence.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of various techniques through direct, hands-on application.

Day 2: Advanced Integration & Workflow Orchestration

Module 5: Hands-On with the AI Ecosystem
  • Demonstrate proficiency in specialized AI tools for Excel analytics, dashboard creation, and professional deck presentations.
  • Experiment with image generation and multi-modal tools to enhance visual communication and storytelling.
Module 6: AITL & HITL (Quality & Governance)
  • Analyze workflow stages to determine where "AI-in-the-Loop" (AITL) maximizes efficiency and where "Human-in-the-Loop" (HITL) ensures quality.
  • Design a governance framework that maintains human intentionality and structure in every message.
Module 7: The Personalized AI Playbook
  • Deconstruct complex personal workflows into modular "chunks" suitable for AI integration.
  • Construct a bespoke "AI Playbook" containing role-specific prompts and integrated AITL/HITL frameworks.
